Send your order form to , stating "Order" as your subject. Remember to indicate your method of payment.
When order forms are received, an acknowledgment letter with payment details will be sent to you to inform our receipt of your orders. If you opted for payment using Paypal, a payment request will be generated from Paypal and sent to your email.
As there may be limited stocks, we will only reserve the ordered items for 2 days for you to make payment before releasing the items to others.
Email us your transaction reference numbers on the very day you make the transfer.
We will send you a confirmation letter via email.
Please make sure that our email is not in your spam filter. Your privacy is ensured and we will not use your email for any other purposes other than confirming orders.

Delivery within Singapore -
Normal Mail: No additional charge.
Registered Mail: Additional S$2.50 charge.
International delivery -
Buyers will be advised on delivery charges before payment.
Delivery
Allow 3-5 working days for your goods to be delivered (Singapore only). For international orders, delivery speed will depend on the mailing option. Registered mail option is strongly encouraged for trackability.
Normal mail vs Registered mail
We will not bear responsibility for lost mails through normal posts via Singpost. If you wish for registered mail (strongly encouraged), do reflect it on the order form. The customer will bear the extra postage charges via registered mail.
Because each SingPost registered article form must be filled out and presented to the post office physically, we typically make one registered article trip per week. Please account for appropriate delays. Buyers will receive their tracking numbers once their packages have been sent out.
